Jim Meyer, Coordinated Response
Jim Meyer is an Information Security Consultant with over 4 decades experience in the information technology field. Jim has extensive experience with application development working on everything from database applications to document management and business process management solutions. Jim served as Vice President of Product Marketing at 2 successful software product companies. In the past 10 years Jim’s security focus has grown from application and database security to information security and cyber response. Jim Meyer earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Tufts University and an M.P.S in Cybersecurity from University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Brooke Edwards, Edwards Performance Solutions
Brooke Edwards joined Edwards in early 2013 supporting marketing and proposal activities and now serves as Edwards’ Marketing Manager. Brooke is responsible for leading all marketing initiatives, collaborating with all Edwards’ Strategic Business Units, and Edwards’ event coordination; including internal, external, and corporate community outreach. Brooke also drives website and social media efforts to promote the growth and influence of Edwards’ capabilities.
Brooke has 6+ years of professional marketing, communications, proposal activity, and event planning experience. Her skills include copy editing, technical writing, project management, document design, and organizational branding. Prior to joining Edwards, she spent 8+ years working in the customer service industry.
Brooke holds industry certificates, including Shipley Federal Proposal Writing and Management, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Project Management Fundamentals.
Laurie Braddy, Top Talent Professionals
Laurie Braddy started her career in the service industry and with her motivation and determination she quickly moved up the ranks of management and leadership. Taking what she had learned and realizing that building true relationships was the key to creating a successful organization, she was able to create her own company in 2014. Laurie Braddy and her business partner Debbie Zoerkler at Top Talent Professionals have created a unique recruiting firm that focuses on company culture as a key component when placing talent. They begin by treating employers and candidates with the utmost respect – a key to all applications of a culture of engagement. While considering important factors such as personality, driving force, and overall skill set, they also recognize that it is often the compatibility of the individual and the organizational culture that determines the success of a placement. Thus, their vision is to “build partnerships through compatible placements®.”
Wanda Campbell, Cultivare Leadership Development, LLC
Dr. Wanda Campbell is an ICF-certified executive coach and an industrial/organizational psychologist with 14 years of experience running a nationwide employment testing program. After upgrading staff competence and expertise, she created a culture of engagement that enabled team members to work autonomously, innovate, and flourish. By her third full year in the position, revenue had increased by 85% above the baseline she had inherited and turnover had become rare. Dr. Campbell earned her certificate as a Leadership Coach from Georgetown University. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University and her B.S. in Business Administration from Shippensburg University.
